Vivian Kallabat brings 22 years of experience in the mortgage business, starting part-time while she was still in college. She gained exposure to various departments within the industry and eventually transitioned to full-time work after completing her Finance degree. Vivian has worked in the accounting department for the past ten years.

Vivian joined SMP in 2005, enticed by the opportunity for growth and learning that she saw after meeting Vince and Owen. She has found great satisfaction working with her colleagues throughout her time at SMP and appreciates the positive company culture.

Vivian enjoys engaging in activities that foster togetherness when spending time with her family. Cooking together and visiting extended family are among the things they cherish. Vivian stays active by working out in her spare time and hobbies and finds relaxation in reading a good book.

As for personal information, Vivian has been married to Nathan for 19 years. They have three children: Kaitlyn (15 years old), Kassidy (13 years old), and Peter (10 years old). Vivian takes pride in supporting her children’s sports endeavors and loves watching them play the sport they enjoy.
