Regina Eldridge is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage business. Her journey in the industry began when she recognized a need for mortgage options in a town where permanent fixed-rate mortgages were unavailable. Determined to provide solutions for her community, Regina contacted trusted advisors. She opened the first mortgage company in the area, introducing a range of financing options, including conventional products, FHA, VA, USDA guaranteed, and more.
After successfully running her mortgage company for several years, Regina sold it to a national banking group and transitioned into wholesale lending in multiple states. However, her passion for finding new opportunities and growing businesses led her to focus on serving senior homeowners. Recognizing the importance of giving back to those who built the mortgage industry, Regina dedicated herself to the senior market. She spent the last 15+ years providing guidance and education on Reverse Mortgage lending.
Regina joined Success Mortgage Partners (SMP) in 2017, attracted by the company’s non-traditional, growth-oriented approach to mortgage lending. She values the diverse leadership at SMP and appreciates the accessibility and openness of the management team to new ideas. While spending time with her family, Regina enjoys holiday get-togethers, as her children also work in related fields within the industry. As a hobby, she and her husband are passionate about working with historic homes, engaging in restoration and remodeling projects. Regina’s interests include traveling, exploring new places, embracing Americana, and indulging in adrenaline rushes such as zip-lining. However, she previously enjoyed activities like racing cars, motorcycles and flying ultralights.
On a personal note, Regina is married and has three children and one grandchild. Her dedication to the mortgage industry, commitment to serving senior homeowners, and enthusiasm for personal and professional growth make her a valuable asset to SMP and the clients she assists.
