Mike Radke has been in the mortgage business for 12 years. His journey began at a big box lender in Downtown Detroit, where he started as a loan originator. He found satisfaction in helping clients facing challenges, utilizing programs like HARP and the FHA Streamline to improve their financial situations.

In June 2014, Mike joined Success Mortgage Partners (SMP) after taking a short hiatus from the mortgage industry. Although he initially applied and interviewed for a different role, he started in Post-Closing at SMP. This experience allowed him to gain valuable insights into loan purchases, investor requirements, and other aspects of the mortgage process that he hadn’t encountered before. During his time in Post-Closing, Mike built relationships with colleagues from various departments and developed trust and camaraderie.

Mike appreciates working at SMP because of the opportunity to witness loan officers achieving their goals. Seeing their growth and success brings him joy and a sense of fulfillment. Additionally, he values his relationships with industry professionals, including loan officers, underwriters, secondary teams, closing agents, processors, and his fellow Account Executives.

When spending time with his family, Mike enjoys having everyone together. Whether it’s a holiday barbecue, a summer weekend with fireworks, or simply going out to eat, he cherishes the moments of laughter and connection.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys going to the gym, participating in 5K runs occasionally, and playing golf. While he humbly admits that his running pace may not be the fastest and his golf game may not be the best, he finds fulfillment and relaxation in these hobbies.
