Kim Barnes brings an extensive 30 years of experience to the mortgage business. Her journey began in 1993 when she joined a title company as a receptionist, thanks to her mom’s connection with Stewart Title in Northville. Within a few months, Kim’s dedication and capabilities led to a promotion as a processor, marking the start of her successful mortgage career.
In December 2016, Kim joined Success Mortgage Partners (SMP) after being contacted by a recruiter who informed her about an opportunity as a post-closing manager. Recognizing the potential of SMP, she decided to embark on this new chapter and contribute her expertise to the company.

When Kim spends time with her family, they engage in activities that foster bonding and fun. They enjoy playing board games together and watching her son’s baseball games, which brings them joy and strengthens their connections.
Kim indulges in her hobbies in her spare time and finds solace in them. During summer, she enjoys digging in the dirt, planting flowers, and tending to her garden. The act of producing and maintaining her garden, as well as weeding, provides her with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
