Fresh out of college, Andy secured his first job in the mortgage business, initially unaware of the path it would lead him on. Within his first two years, he quickly made a name for himself as the “Processor of the Year,” achieving the highest number of fundings. Recognizing his exceptional skills and dedication, he was entrusted with managing a team of processors within just one year—a testament to his ability to lead and nurture talent.

In February 2023, Andy joined Success Mortgage Partners (SMP), attracted by the opportunity to manage and grow within a branch. The decision to become a part of SMP marked a pivotal moment in his professional journey, providing him with a platform to further develop his managerial skills and expand his horizons.

Their union has been blessed with two wonderful children, Calvin, who is now 3.5 years old, and Violet, who is 1 year old.
